Hello, my name is Przemyslaw Chodura, please feel free to call me Maui. I work as a freelance consultant and developer on cloud-based, data-driven projects across indurstries.
I build on more than 6 years of consulting experience, 4 years of leadership experience in professional and student associations and non-profits, and a life-long fascination and passion for computers and coding. What I value at work
Over the years I discovered what is important to me and to the success of projects I am involved in.
Seek understanding. I ask a lot of questions to understand your business process, the needs of your customers and your team. Because only such understanding allows me to help in the best way possible.
Leaving the ego out. I don’t care who comes with the best idea and neither should you. The only thing that matters is the success of your business and happiness of your customers.
Curiosity, transparency and clarity. When egos are not in the way, we can ask any questions, and find the truth. No matter how painful. When the problems are clear and discussed openly, then we can find the right solution.
Long-term and short-term balance. Sure, there are times when we quickly and pragmatically have to build a proof of concept, or add a new feature. But the technological debt has to always be paid back.
Finishing the job. The job is finished when we both agree it is finished and my services are no longer needed. I am not leaving half-way through, not even if Elon Musk calls.
